Rupturas Y Puentes
I didn’t create this work from theory—I created it from lived experience.
For years, I understood what it meant to function well on the outside while slowly losing trust in my own voice on the inside. As a working woman, I lived in a world where clarity, performance, and certainty were expected—but inner knowing wasn’t always invited.
Over time, I started noticing a pattern: the most “capable” people weren’t struggling because they lacked direction. They were struggling because they had learned to outsource their self-trust.
This journey—and everything I now teach—came from learning how to hear my own voice again beneath the noise of expectation, conditioning, and fear.
The Voices That Stole Your Self-Trust is the process I wish I had when I was unlearning all of that. It’s simple, reflective, and designed to bring you back to yourself—without forcing answers or rushing clarity.
My work now lives at the intersection of emotional awareness, intuitive reflection, and grounded action—helping you recognize what isn’t yours, so you can finally choose what is.
You don’t need more clarity. You need space to hear yourself again.
Most people stay stuck not because they don’t know enough—but because they’ve spent years absorbing voices that slowly replaced their own.
This experience is designed to help you notice those voices, loosen their grip, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows.
No pressure. No forcing answers. Just guided reflection that brings you back to your own inner signal.
This isn’t just a reflection experience—it’s a recalibration of how you relate to your own inner voice.
By the end of these 5 days, you will be able to:
so you can clearly see when fear, conditioning, or external expectations are speaking instead of you
so your inner reactions stop feeling confusing and start becoming usable guidance
and begin noticing when you’re seeking answers outside of yourself instead of listening inward
even when clarity isn’t fully “complete” yet
